LSNED Book: Finished Book

aka the story of my September

WARNING. This post is super photo heavy... I apologize if this ruins your browser.

So... the book is finally done. I really liked making it. Even though I only really loosely followed Shimelle's prompts. I had a good time making it, and I certainly learned a lot.

I learned for sure that next year I will be making a much smaller book. One that doesn't have photos each day  possibly, and one that will really focus more on the class prompts.

I really tried to make journaling and story telling more of a focus. At points on this project I got so frustrated. I ruined things. I made mistakes (mixing up days and so on). But I endured. I kept calm and carried on. ;)

And so here's the book:

I really want to work on my December Daily but it's just not going to happen right now. Life is too crazy busy. You know how it goes.

Happy Wednesday.

  6. Your book turned out lovely. I made it easy on myself and limit myself to drawing or fussy cutting things with my journaling. Not having a photo printer at home limits me. I love all your different layers and items you've put in this album. Really cute and well worth all your hair pulling to get the project done.

  19. I keep coming back to your book every few days! It's really, really awesome. Thanks for the inspiration. I have the skeleton of my book and journaling prompts. You make me want to leave work and complete mine right now -- but since I like being employed I'll wait till this weekend.

    Thanks for the continued inspiration

  21. This is inspiring. I hope you look back and realise that all the effort was worthwhile and it is the photo's and personlisation that makes it so special and it will hold your memories forever rather than one with less work and class prompts - this one is alive with you and your life and I am sure it will be a delight to you in future years.
