And so it goes

Today I painted my toenails a deep dark purple in defiance of the grey cold weather that has chased away our sunny days and blue skies.

I live in hope to wear sandals again soon.

(Anyway, thanks for the sweet words about my layouts. They are definitely some of my favorites.)

So....You may or may not have noticed some little changes to the blog lately. My favorite is the neat little end of post feature that brings up past posts that are similar.

I like it because I have been blogging for a fairly long time (as things on the internets go) and so it is kind of fun to have old stories pop up. Like flipping through a scrapbook. ;)

Anyway.. I was listening to a very good podcast the other day and have decided to bow to societal pressure and join a social media/networking site.

That's right people, I'm on Twitter. (dum dum dum)

I haved tweeted. See?<--------Please come be my friend, or whatever they call it. This kind of stuff is still new and scary to me, as I skipped the whole Facebook/myspace/Friendster stuff.

So far, so good. But I can really see how easy it is to fall off of the regular blogging wagon.

I hope to make some other, more cosmetic changes soon, but I'm still kind of groovin on the current theme. As time and creativity permits.

Speaking of... I am delighted to say that I have signed up for Dina's next Art Journaling class.

I've also begun work on the Europe book... But I want to do a few more tweaks before I show sneaks. And I also have a few baby books to work on for gifts to friends.
That's pretty much it for now.
Have a great night.

Hi Christina! I, too have been enjoying your recent layout posts - great stuff!

Re Twitter...I'm 100% in the same place you are with that. I continue to avoid places like Facebook and Myspace. I'm not sure what compelled me to jump on the Twitter bandwagon, but somehow it seems less...involved?...than the other social networking sites. In any case - I figure I'll give it a try and see how it goes :)

Have a fantastic day!!
