Craftiness in progress

My desk was clean... for about three seconds. This is the state it is in right now...

And then I had to go and get my scrap on. These ones are not finished, but I thought I would share my in progress shot on the blog anyway. I find that since things are so busy right now, my art time is taken in bits and pieces. Really wish that I had a good solid chunk of time to just disappear into creating and making art.

Oh well. Work with what you've got.

Was feeling a little stuck with my December Daily book, so to kick start my creativity, I took a break to start some work on a few different layouts... playing around with some scraps. I might even break out the art journal next. Or, oooh an ATC or two. It's good to change it up.

My mini books tend to be these massive 40+ page affairs. I work on them for a really long time. And I've realized, that's just how I like to tell my stories. But it is nice to just get something accomplished like a single page or two.
