December 5

This is what happens when I stay up until three o'clock am working on craft items for a holiday bazaar.

Let's recap, since Friday, December 5 was kind of a big day for me. Many things happened.

I sold some things at my first ever craft bazaar. Here is a peek at what my three feet of table space looked like: Everything that didn't sell is going up on Etsy today, as soon as I calculate the shipping, and photograph everything so it looks pretty.

Second awesome thing that happened today. I am delighted to be guesting at Work Your Soul.

There is a fantastic technique to experiment with. Check it out here.

Also I simply adore Kim and Jenn. Here is what I made:
And lastly, ScrapMojo 27 is up. The challenge will run through Dec 31st and the prize is sponsored by Sassafrass Lass. Basically, use your favorite holiday quote and something sparkly. I decided to make a little Christmas canvas for the wall. I am hoping to take a cute photo this month to add to it, eventually.
I like it so much, I might do another in green and one in blue for a trifecta of holiday cuteness.

I stamped my quote with stazon on the background of the canvas, but unfortunately, the ink didn't hold up too well and it kind of bled into the paint.

My quote is, of course: And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow, stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so? It came without ribbons. It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes or bags. And he puzzled and puzzled 'till his puzzler was sore. Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before. What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store? What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more? - Dr. Seuss

Phew, what a big post! It would have been a little bigger too, except that blogger ate the orignal. Ah well. Off to bed.

Happy Friday!
