I love scrapbooking products

So... the photos from my weekend recap post have been hijacked by another top secret project... I can't go into any detail, but it may have something to do with Shimelle. com and the weekend... also, our internet has been pretty spotty lately.

Anyway, the main point of this post is that I would like to share my favorite things from the CHA Summer show that is going on right now. (If you don't know what CHA is, here is a good explanation.)

I have broken the links into a few different categories, based on how I feel about the products. I've been tweeting them over the last few days, but I think it is nice to have them all in one place. Here we go!

Top three absolute favorite new things:
1. Hambly Lace and Doilies
2. Stampers Anonymous Ultimate Grunge Set
3. New Maya Road Albums and Coasters, esp the tree, scallop and pumpkin.

Halloween-themed favorites:
- Pink Paislee - Twilight (I prefer vintage/distressed Halloween stuff)
- Making Memories - Spook Alley (WordFetti, Minibook kit, some of the papers)
- Basic Grey - Eerie (most of the papers, but esp the doilies)

Christmas-themed favorites:
- Pink Paislee - Mistletoe & Co (all of it)
- Making Memories - Mistletoe (MM is classic, but I only like a few of the designs)
- Basic Grey - Eskimo Kisses (anything that doesn't have pink, and the Jolly stamps)

Favorite Stamps:
- Stampers Anonymous -Release 8.5 (most of it... the splatter stamp is my fave)
- Pink Paislee - Amber Road (though some of them look a little familiar, lol)
- Basic Grey Eeerie - Halloween Stamp

Favorite Tools:
- Martha Stewart Crafts - New Punches, esp the spiderweb border

Other Favorites:
- Ranger- Distress Crackle Paint (Rock Candy)
- Maya Mists - in Cream and Lemon Metallic
- Donna Downey for Prima - New 6x6 vinyl album and canvas line updates
- Prima - New Stitched Mulberry papers (it's the trim, delicious)
- Basic Grey - Nook & Pantry (cuuute.)

Looks interesting, but will wait to see more info/samples:
- Tim Holtz Idea-ology - Film Strip Ribbon and Type Charms
- Lifestyle Crafts Letterpress - Using the Quickutz Epic 6

People who I would have liked to see new stuff from:
- Fontwerks (I miss you)
- Collage Press (Totally in a distressed phase right now. Can't wait for my Knave of Hearts stuff to arrive in the mail.)

Also, why doesn't Basic Grey have a blog? Why? Why?
That's it for now. All that is left is to wait for them to actually be available for purchase. And also to think about my budget for the next few months. ;)

So, what are you really looking forward to right now?

The hambly lace and doilies are at the very top of my list! I really have to stop hoarding all my hambly, though. :)

I read that you wished that BG had there own blog... well not sure if you have seen Kelly Goree's blog http://kellygoree.blogspot.com/ I'm sure you have, but maybe others haven't. I usually check hers for other info!

Not very inspired with this CHA's offerings. I ordered almost all of 7 Gypsies and I plan to get the Hambly lace and Distress Rock Candy Crackle and Stickles. Probably the film strip ribbon too.
