Current Obsession: Milk Glass

One of my friends is getting married in a few months.. and we've talked at great length about the decor, and the planning. She wants a very modern pretty Anthropologie-ish look for her table decorations. And of course, to do everything while strictly watching her pennies.

One trend that caught our eye was the use of clustered milk glass items on tables. What is milk glass? Here is a great article on Etsy about it. 

Why is milk glass so awesome? Well, for one thing, most milk glass pieces are fairly inexpensive and easy to find. (I've managed to score a bunch of bud vases for her for about 80 cents apiece from the local Goodwill store.)

And I think that there is just something about the pop that the pure white of the glass that is so elegant.

They look fantastic all grouped together (go for odd numbers).
