a crafty summer

You know how sometimes you just get to playing around with stamping, especially with those dollar alphabet stamps...

and then you have an idea, like taping them together to make stamping easier? Yeah, that totally happened to me the other night. ;)

The reason that the tissue tape works so well is that it is completely repositionable and doesn't leave any residue. Hurray!

So while this is great for a temporary situation where you want to keep your alphabet intact, can you magine what would happen if you were to say, glue those blocks together? They are only dollar stamps, after all...

Happy Saturday!

Fantastic idea! And if I may add another: you could use a letter from a different set for the first letter of your word to add some pizzazz or switch out a letter you want to highlight.

I use a rubber band to hold my stamps together but tape might be a betteralternative.

Thanks for the great tip! I'm going to use it next time I take out my $ stamps.

That's crazy! Why didn't I think of that instead of trying to line up those itty bitty stamps individually?!

Thanks!
