Been practicing my bokeh.
Which is not as easy as it would seem with a point and shoot. Nonetheless...
Today we went to Greg's parents' house for dinner. Their home is so lovely and filled with wonderful and unique things. Especially during the holidays. We decorated Santa cookies, and trimmed the tree. It is one of my favorite things to do. Their ornaments are such a treasury of memories for their family. Each ornament has a story, a particular place on the tree, an order to go in, a designated person to put the ornament upon the tree. It is so much fun to be a part of that. I am so greatful to be a part of their traditions, which are so different than my own family's.
It is getting so cold here. They are saying it might snow tomorrow. Luckily I have all I need to just stay home and be cozy. I hate to drive when it is icy. Especially since the incident where my car went sideways down Sixth Avenue.
Anyway, hope people aren't finding these posts boring. It feels like forever since I have posted an actual page or a minibook, but soon. Very soon.
I am finding that it is hard work to blog daily.. but I am determined to try to see this through.

I like seeing your layouts, but to be honest, I like seeing your photography and stories just as much! I love that origami ornament!
